Starting the Reporting Server from the Command Line

To start the Reporting server from the command line:

1.

Ensure that the database server is running and that you have created the flexnetreporting database.

2.

Open a Command prompt, and change to the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications Reporting installation directory.

3.

Type the command:

flexnet start

A series of log messages is displayed in the command window, ending with the time in which the server started (Started in NNs:nnnms).
