Creating License Server Administrative Sets
Users assigned a role with the View and Manage License Server Admin Sets permission can create license server administrative sets and associate users with those sets.
To create a license server administrative set:

From the Admin tab, under Access Rights, click Add License Server Admin Set to display the Add License Server Administrative Set page. |

In the Name field, type a name for the license server administrative set. |

3.

In the License Servers section, select the license servers that you want to add to the set and click the right arrow to add them to the Selected license servers set. |

In the Users section, select the users that you want to associate with the license server administrative set and click the right arrow to add them to the Selected users set. |

In the ReadOnlyUsers section, select the users you want to assign as non-technical users. These users will have read-only access to the Activity tab, allowing them to monitor concurrent license usage without full administrative rights. Selected read-only users have no ability to edit data, configure settings, or access administrative controls. Click the right arrow to add the selected users to the Selected Read Only users set. |
