You can import LDAP data on demand by clicking the Import LDAP Data button from the Organizational Structures page.
To import LDAP data on a schedule, you can use the Periodic Aggregation scheduler to import organizational-structure data from LDAP prior to aggregating report log data.
To import LDAP organizational-structure data:
| 1. | From the Reporting tab, under Organizational Structures, click Organizational Structures. |
| 2. | Click the checkbox in to the left of the organizational structure for which you want to import LDAP data, then click Import LDAP data (at the top of the page). |
Note • If the organization has no domain association, you will need to add an LDAP association.
| 3. | In the Import Data from LDAP Domain dialog box, specify a start date for the organizational structure, then click Import now. |
