Viewing and Deleting Inactive Licenses

Pages under the Inactive Licenses heading of the Licenses navigation tab display lists of licenses that are not currently active. You can view inactive licenses by type: Concurrent, Detachable only, and Activatable.

Information displayed about inactive licenses varies by license type. The following table shows these differences.

Users assigned a role with the Manage Licenses permission can delete inactive licenses.

To delete inactive licenses:

From the Licenses tab, under Inactive Licenses, click Concurrent Licenses to display the Inactive Concurrent Licenses page.

Select the check box for the licenses that you want to delete, and click Delete Selected Certificates.
