Data Warehouse Permissions

Data Warehouse permissions enable users to perform tasks related to the data warehouse. The data warehouse is the set of database tables from which Flexera Analytics (Cognos) reports are built.

Data Warehouse Permissions
Permission	Description
Import Org Structures from Command Line	Import organizational structure definition (XML) files from the command line.
Run and Cancel Aggregation	Schedule, run, and cancel data aggregation.
View Org Structures	View organizational structure information displayed in the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications interface. User-interface controls related to adding and editing organizational structures are disabled for users who have this permission, but not the View and Manage Org Structures permission.
View and Manage Org Structures	View, add, and edit organizational structures and related information using the functionality available from the Org Structures tab.
Manage Usage Data Maintenance	Access functionality available from the Usage Data Maintenance tab. The Usage Data Maintenance tab is not visible to users who do not have this permission.
