Proxy support added to PowerShell adapters

Proxy support has been added to PowerShell adapters. If your enterprise has a locked-down environment (for example, if your enterprise uses a proxy server to enable Internet access), you can use the new Proxy Settings section of a PowerShell adapter dialog to configure the proxy server connection to access the Internet. Currently, Office 365, Salesforce, and AWS connections utilize PowerShell adapters.
