Changes to the Flexera license refresh period

Many features and functions provided by IT Asset Management are governed by the terms of your Flexera license. These terms are stored in a cache to improve the performance of IT Asset Management. Previously this cache was maintained for a duration of 5 minutes before the license terms were re-read from the license file and the cache updated. This duration has now been changed from 5 minutes to 1 hour. This means that if you apply a new Flexera license file to IT Asset Management, it may take up to 1 hour for any license term changes to take affect in the product. (If you cannot wait for that automatic refresh, a workaround is to close the web browser displaying IT Asset Management, and restart Microsoft IIS before opening IT Asset Management again. In this cycle, the cache is cleared, and then recreated/reread for the restart.)
