Raw file path exposed for each piece of file evidence

Accessing the information required to resolve application recognition issues was greatly improved in IT Asset Management version 2019 R1.3 with the addition of the Evidence tab for inventory devices (for details, see Evidence visibility enables resolution of application recognition issues).

This functionality is now enhanced through the additional of the new Raw file path property that displays the full path of file evidence found on an individual inventory device. While previous versions of IT Asset Management only stored the most common file path for each file evidence, the new Raw file path field provides you with a direct path for each piece of file evidence on a particular device. This enables you to go directly to the location of any piece of file evidence you wish to investigate.

The Raw file path field is located in the File sub-tab of the Evidence tab in the properties for the selected inventory device.
