Extended Adobe and Oracle application recognition

Recognition of Adobe Acrobat 2017 editions has been added to the IT Asset Management 2020 R1 release. When collecting inventory using the latest FlexNet Inventory Agent (15.0.0 or later), IT Asset Management now provides the ability to identify Adobe Acrobat 2017 Standard, Pro and Trial editions.

Recognition of the Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) One Node option is now possible using the updated FlexNet Inventory Agent. Supported versions are 11g, 12c, 18c, and 19c.

Note: Ensure that the Rule for InventorySettings.xml in the Inventory extensions version section in the Inventory Settings page is set to version 52 or later.

If you are using a disconnected inventory beacon (not recommended), please ensure that the InventorySettings.xml file has been updated to version 52 or later.
