AI/ML recognition and automation of purchase order ingestion

IT Asset Management now provides an automated, efficient and accurate method to ingest and process original purchase order documents.
This new capability enables you to efficiently and accurately understand your position in terms of licenses, entitlement and associated costs without the need for error prone time consuming manual data entry.
Selected purchase orders for Document (AI Recognition), will
be automatically ingested into one or more new purchase order records, which after
being processed, can be viewed from the All Purchases page.
AI/ML automated purchase orders will be appended with an AI
tag.
Note: The following document formats are supported: pdf, jpg/jpeg, bmp,
png.
