New optional fields added to the SaaS Usage Summary report

The SaaS Usage Summary Report in IT Asset Management has been enhanced with several optional fields to provide deeper insights into software usage across your organization. The following fields are now available for inclusion:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Manager
  • Cost center
  • Location
  • Corporate unit
  • Last used date

These additional fields enable software asset managers to more effectively track and analyze application usage by location, corporate unit, cost center, and more, supporting better decision-making and improved internal software management.

The SaaS Usage Summary Report offers visibility into user access (within a selected time frame) to applications associated with SaaS user licenses. It’s ideal for investigating specific licenses or usage patterns.
