• Purpose—Grants permissions to interact with the IBM License Service API for collecting licensing data.
• Permissions—get for non-resource URLs like /products, /bundled_products, /snapshot, /health, and /version.
  Note: The IBM License Service employs the Operator Pattern for deployment and management. The ibm-license-service-api-access ClusterRole provides necessary permissions to access IBM License Service API endpoints outside the Kubernetes cluster. These endpoints expose detailed licensing data, such as usage metrics for IBM Cloud Paks, enabling agents to collect and report licensing information.
• Required—If IBM Licensing integration is enabled for either the LWK or KRM agent to access the IBM License Service API.
