Process License Recommendations Report

The Process License Recommendations report is based on the active license-type optimization rules that you configure and manage in IT Asset Management.

After IT Asset Management has identified the most appropriate license type for each user, you can release these recommendations (bundled with the duplicate user recommendations) to the SAP Admin module. For more information on license rules, see Introduction to License Rules.

The Process License Recommendations report lists the license-type recommendations, filtered, if required, by different criteria (for example, by system, user, license type, date range, or recommendation status).

You use this report to review the license-type recommendations and process them, that is, you accept, reject, or overwrite the recommendations. Afterwards, you commit these changes to the SAP database.
