Use these measures and attributes when creating and customizing widgets related to licenses in Flexera Analytics.

Tip: The consumption snapshot figures are taken from the most recent license compliance calculation (by default, running each night after a full inventory import). Use the attributes for the Consumption snapshot date to identify which compliance calculation is represented in the available measures.

License attributes	Publisher	An attribute that describes the Publisher name of a license.
	Publisher and product	A combined attribute that describes the Publisher name and Product name of a license.
	Product	An attribute that describes the Product name of a license.
	Edition	An attribute that describes the Edition name of a license.
	Version	– An attribute that describes the Version name of a license.
	Multi-product license	An attribute that describes whether the license has more than one product. Valid values are: Yes, No.
	License type	An attribute that describes the type of a license. For example, Enterprise, Device, User, OEM, and so on.
	Compliance status	An attribute that describes the compliance status of a license. For example, "Compliant," "At Risk," "Not tracked," and so on.
	License status	An attribute that describes the status of a license. For example, "Active," "Retired," "Purchased," and so on.
License measures	Entitlement count	A measure that defines the total number of entitlements.
	Consumption count	A measure that defines the number of entitlements consumed.
	Installation count	A measure that defines the number of installations by device.
	Over-consumption count	A measure that defines the number of licenses at risk to expire or exceed entitlement.
	Unit price	A measure that defines the value of a single license entitlement in local currency.
	Financial risk	A measure that defines the dollar amount associated with the licenses at risk to expire or exceed entitlement.
	Risk %	A measure that defines the percentage of entitlements at risk.
	Consumption %	A measure that defines the percentage of entitlements in use.
	License count	A measure that defines the number of license entitlements.
Consumption snapshot measures	Installation count snapshot	A measure that returns the number of installed application records that are linked to a license. (Unlicensed installations are not included.)
	Consumption count snapshot	A measure that returns the number of license entitlements (or points, as appropriate) consumed.
	Used count snapshot	A measure that returns the number of consumed license entitlements where usage of the licensed software is recorded.
	Exempt count snapshot	A measure that returns the number of installations that are exempt from consuming entitlements from a license.
	Licensed cores snapshot	A measure that returns the number of processor cores that are covered by a license.
	Virtual environment count snapshot	A measure that returns the number of virtual machines associated with a license (typically either because the licensed application has been reported in inventory for the VM, or because there is a license allocation to the VM). These VMs may, or may not, be consuming entitlements from the license, depending on various settings and conditions.
	VM non consumed count snapshot	A measure that returns the number of installations on VMs that are not consuming entitlements from a license. There may be many reasons why the VMs are not consuming, such as second use rights, allocations that are not set to automatically consume and are not supported by inventory, exemptions, and the like.
Consumption snapshot date	Consumption snapshot year	An attribute that returns the year of the consumption snapshot date.
	Consumption snapshot month	An attribute that returns the month number of the consumption snapshot date.
	Consumption snapshot day	An attribute that returns the day of the week when the consumption snapshot was taken.
	Consumption snapshot date	An attribute returns the date (day number within the month) when the consumption snapshot was taken.
