Workaround:
On premises customers: Load metadata file using ConfigureSystem command line tool Cloud customers: Convert metadata file to UTF-8: Have Notepad++ installed Open the metadata file with Notepad++. Select "Encoding\Encoding in UTF-8" from the top menu then save the xml. Note: When configuring SAML, it's recommended to start with the option "Flexera (default) with SAML identity provider (pilot)" on the Security page. |
