Deleting a Business Adapter

If you are certain never to use a particular business adapter again, you can delete it to clear it from the inventory beacon interface.

Once deleted, a business adapter cannot be recovered again. (Instead of deleting a business adapter, you can consider suspending it: leave it in the list but link it to the schedule called Not scheduled so that it becomes inactive. This means it no longer collects business information, but it remains available should you wish to re-enable it later. More details are available in Disabling a Connection.)

To permanently delete a business adapter:

1. In the inventory beacon user interface, select the Business Importer tab.
2. In the list, select the row containing the business adapter you wish to delete.
3. Click Delete.
   As there is no undo, a confirmation dialog appears.
4. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
