Issues Tab
The Issues tab displays active inventory beacon issues to help you diagnose and resolve issues when an inventory beacon becomes non-responsive or does not operate as expected for 24 hours.
From the Inventory beacon issues grid combined with the list of possible beacon issues at the top of the page, you can quickly diagnose non-operational inventory beacon issues, and swiftly take the appropriate action to get the inventory beacon back into a healthy operational status, without the need to access the inventory beacon itself.
Issues reported on this page can be communicated to the relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve beacon issue(s). Once the issue(s) is reported as resolved by the inventory beacon, it is automatically removed from the Inventory beacon issues grid.
- Active Directory import—Active directory import failed for following scans: Connection Name: [connection_name], Server: [server_name]
- Package download—Failed to download packages: [package_name]
