IT Asset Management (Cloud)
The Integrations tab on the Paramètres de gestion des biens informatiques Général
page enables you to integrate IT Asset Management with these products:
- ServiceNow
- Flexera SaaS Manager
- Technology Spend.
ServiceNow
You can import data from ServiceNow to
IT Asset Management, and also export data from
IT Asset Management to ServiceNow.
Remarque : Your IT Asset Management license must
have the ServiceNow Integration option enabled to use these settings. To check, go to the IT Assets License page, and ensure that the
ServiceNow Integration enabled setting displays

Flexera SaaS Manager
An optional SaaS Manager button that opens Flexera SaaS Manager
in a new browser tab is available for the modal navigation bar. By default, this
SaaS Manager button is not displayed.
To show the
SaaS Manager button in the modal navigation bar, expand
the
SaaS Manager section of this tab, and select the
Show
link to SaaS Manager check box.
A faire : If you separately decide
to turn on Flexera SaaS Manager integration, so that SaaS licenses are imported and
visible in IT Asset Management, the property sheet for each of these licenses
automatically includes a link into Flexera SaaS Manager (to the log-in screen if you
don't already have an open session, or else directly to the matching license within
Flexera SaaS Manager). In these circumstances, you may have limited need for a button
in the navigation bar, which is why it defaults to hidden. However, you can enable this
button whether or not you have licensed Flexera SaaS Manager, so it can provide
a useful path to explore what Flexera SaaS Manager offers you.
Also in this section is a second check box to
Enable SaaS
Manager integration.
Conseil : This check box is enabled only if you have subscribed to Flexera SaaS Manager. If you do not already have this license term, the check box is permanently disabled,
and the accompanying text suggests contacting Flexera to
arrange the necessary subscription, and provides a hyperlink for more information.
When you select this check box,
IT Asset Management imports license data
(including purchased entitlements and consumption), relevant user data, and the licensed
applications from
Flexera SaaS Manager so that your software asset managers can monitor
all licenses in a single pane of glass. The imports (and any subsequent updates) happen
automatically as part of the full inventory import and license reconciliation, by default
overnight.
Technology Spend
IT Asset Management supports exporting spend data (all purchase orders linked to
software licenses and all purchase orders linked to hardware assets) to Flexera's Technology Spend. Technology Spend is a
common dashboard available to Flexera customers. At a glance,
the Technology Spend dashboard shows how much your organization is spending on
Information Technology components, from which you can easily identify where spending is
greatest, and with which vendors. You can also monitor the changing composition of that
spend over time.
To open the Technology Spend dashboard, search for the
Technology Spend page.
