System Settings: ServiceNow Tab

FlexNet Manager Suite 2019 R1 (On-Premises Edition)

The ServiceNow tab on the System Settings page enables you to integrate FlexNet Manager Suite with ServiceNow. This means you can import data from ServiceNow to FlexNet Manager Suite, and also export data from FlexNet Manager Suite to ServiceNow.

Note: Your FlexNet Manager Suite license must have the ServiceNow Integration option enabled to use these settings. To check, navigate to the system menu ( in the top right corner) > FlexNet Manager Suite License and ensure that the ServiceNow Integration enabled setting displays Yes.
