Below are instructions for obtaining product files, documentation, and license files for FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2016 R1 and earlier versions.

Downloading the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2016 R1 and Earlier Installations, Documentation, and License Files

To download the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2016 R2 and later installations, and documentation, and license files:

1. Login to the Flexera Customer Community, click the Downloads menu option. Look for FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2016 R2 and Later versions in the list and click on the Access Above Products button.
2. Click on the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2016 R2 and Later versions link in the Your Downloads section.
3. Under the New Versions tab, click on the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2016 R2 link.
4. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. The list of files available to download should appear. Under the File Name column, click on the appropriate file to download.

Generating and Obtaining a License File

To generate and obtain a license file:

1. Login to the Flexera Customer Community and click on Download.
2. In the top navigation, under Activation & Entitlements, click List Entitlements.
3. Mark the appropriate checkboxes next to the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications line items.
4. Under the Action menu, click Activate.
5. Under the Do you want to consolidate generated licenses option, mark Yes and click on Next to continue.
6. On the Configure Hosts page, click on the green (+) icon and specify a Host Name to generate the license for. Click OK.
7. Click Generate. The Consolidated Licenses page should appear.
8. Mark the check box to the corresponding license file, click on Action and select the Save to File option to save the license file (.LIC) on your machine.
9. Use this license file during the installation process.

Returning a License File

To return a license file:

1. From within your Product and License Center account, click License Management and select List Licenses.
2. Mark the check box to the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications line items to return.
3. From the Action menu, select Return.
4. Click on Generate to complete the return process.
