Below are instructions for obtaining the installers and documentation files for Data Platform applications.

Downloading the Data Platform Installers and Documentation

To download the Data Platform installers and documentation:

1. Log in to the Flexera Community, and click Data Platform on the Community home page.

   NOTE: If you do not have an account in the Flexera Community, see Accessing the Flexera Product and License Center for instructions.

2. On the Data Platform page, click Download Products and Licenses. The Product and License Center opens.
3. In the Your Downloads section, click on the Data Platform application that you would like to download.
4. Click the file name link(s) to download files.
5. Follow the procedures covered the Data Platform Installation and Configuration Guide to install the application. The user documentation is available through the Product and Licensing Center, or on the Flexera Product Documentation website.

Obtaining and Activating a Data Platform License File

NOTE: A license file is attached to your Flexera order confirmation email. You can also download a license file from the Flexera Product and License Center, as described below.

1. Log in to the Flexera Community, and click Data Platform on the Community home page.
2. On the Data Platform page, click Download Products and Licenses. The Product and License Center opens.
3. Click on License Support, List Licenses.
4. Check the box next to the license you want to obtain.
5. Click View button, then Save to File. Save your license in a secure location accessible from your compliance server.
