Ticket Priorities
This page displays the Ticket Priority values.
Click 
to add a ticket priority. The default values are:

| • | Medium |
| • | High |
| • | Urgent |
You can click any Ticket Priority that you have added to edit or delete priorities that do not have tickets assigned.
