Generating a Workflow Phase SLA Report

A Workflow Phase SLA Report lists all workflow phases for which step-level SLA tracking is being performed along with their SLA Status. SLA (Service Level Agreement) time tracking is used to determine the status of a workflow phase (or workflow request) in relationship to its SLA due date as either: In Progress, On Time, At Risk, Late, Completed on Time, or Completed Late.

To generate a Workflow Phase SLA Report:
1. | Click Workflow Phase SLA Report on the Reports menu on the navigation bar. The Workflow Phase SLA Report page opens. |
2. | To display the SLA status of workflow steps from all workflow requests, even those that have been completed, clear the selection of the Only include Workflow Phases in active Workflow Requests option and click Refresh Report. |
