Generating a Workflow SLA Status Report

A Workflow SLA Status Report lists all workflow requests for which SLA tracking is being performed with their SLA Status. SLA (Service Level Agreement) time tracking is used to determine the status of workflow request in relationship to its SLA Due Date and Risk Date as either: On Time, At Risk, Late. This report will also give details about the total time spent on the workflow (Time elapsed), total hold time, and the number of rollbacks performed on the workflow.
To generate a Workflow SLA Status Report, perform the following steps:
To generate a Workflow SLA Status Report:
1. | Click Workflow SLA Report on the Reports menu on the navigation bar. The Workflow SLA Status Report page opens. |
2. | The SLA status of workflow steps from all workflow requests displays on the screen. |
3. | To view SLA information on a specific status, click the SLA Status drop down and then select the desired status from the list. |
4. | If you wish to account the Hold time in the SLA Status, then select Show SLA Status based on New Risk Date and New Due Date check box. The date and time displayed in the New Risk Date and New Due Date columns account for the hold time. |
