Workflow Phase and Step SLA Status Report

Edition:Reports is included with AdminStudio Enterprise Edition and with Workflow Manager.

A Workflow Phase and Step SLA Status Report lists all the phases and steps for a selected workflow request with their SLA Status. SLA (Service Level Agreement) time tracking is used to determine the status of a workflow phase and step in relationship to its SLA Due Date and Risk Date as either: On Time, At Risk, Late. This report will also give details about the total time spent (Time elapsed), hold time, and the number of rollbacks performed on each phase and step for a selected workflow request from Select a workflow request drop down.

To open the Workflow Phase and Step SLA Status Report, click Phase/Step SLA Status Report on the Reports menu.

Property

Description

Phase name

Name of the workflow phase that is being tracked for SLA status.

Step name

Name of the workflow step that is being tracked for SLA status.

Start time

Time this workflow was initiated.

Last Activity At

Latest date and time of the particular workflow step gets completed.

Rollbacks

Number of times this workflow was rolled back to the particular workflow step.

Time elapsed (hrs)

The total time spent on the particular workflow phase or step. Displays in hours format.

Hold time (hrs)

The total time for which SLA Clock was stopped on particular workflow phase or step.

Risk Date

Scheduled risk date for the phases and steps.

Due Date

Scheduled due date for the phases and steps.

New Risk Date

Adjusted risk date based on the total stop time on the SLA Clock.

New Due Date

Adjusted due date based on the total stop time on the SLA Clock.

SLA status

Displays the workflow SLA Status by color codes:

Green - On Time
Amber - At Risk
Red - Late
