Workflow SLA Status Report

Workflow Manager / AdminStudio Enterprise Server | Reports

Edition:Reports is included with AdminStudio Enterprise Edition and with Workflow Manager.

A Workflow SLA Status Report lists all workflow requests for which SLA tracking is being performed with their SLA Status. SLA (Service Level Agreement) time tracking is used to determine the status of workflow request in relationship to its SLA Due Date and Risk Date as either: On Time, At Risk, Late. This report will also give details about the total time spent on the workflow (Time elapsed), total hold time, and the number of rollbacks performed on the workflow.

To open the Workflow SLA Status Report, click Workflow SLA Report on the Reports menu.

Workflow SLA Status Report

Property

Description

Workflow Name

Name of the workflow request.

Current Phase

Current workflow phase that is being tracked for SLA status.

Current Step

Current workflow step that is being tracked for SLA status.

Create Date

Date this workflow was created.

Start time

Time this workflow was initiated.

Last activity at

Latest date and time of any activity performed on this workflow.

For Example:

SLA Clock stopped
SLA Clock started
Rollback
Step Completed

Rollbacks

Number of times this workflow was rolled back.

Time elapsed (hrs)

The total time spent on the workflow.

Total hold time (hrs)

The total time for which SLA Clock was stopped.

Risk date

Scheduled risk date for this workflow.

Due date

Scheduled due date for this workflow.

New Risk date

It will be updated based on the Total hold time (hrs).

New Due date

It will be updated based on the Total hold time (hrs).

Workflow Status

It shows the workflow status as either of the following:

In Progress
Completed.

SLA status

Displays the workflow SLA Status by color codes:

Green - On Time
Amber - At Risk
Red - Late
