Workflows by Project Page

Workflow Manager 2013 R2

The Workflows by Project page, which is opened when a workflow administrator clicks Workflows By Project in the Workflows groups of the navigation bar, displays a list of the projects for all of their consumers.

Use the Workflows by Project page to:

Drill through to a page listing all of this project’s workflow requests on the Project Summary Page.

•

Quickly review the statistics of each project, including the number of workflow requests associated with it, the number of workflow requests currently in progress, and so on.

The Workflows by Project page lists the following project details:

Workflows by Project Page Options
Option	Description
Project Name	A short description of the project.
Total Workflows	The number of workflow requests created for this project.
In Entry	The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are currently in a data entry phase.
In Progress	The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are in a standard work phase, meaning workflow administrators are actively involved in completing them.
In Acceptance	The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are awaiting customer acceptance.
In Final	The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are in their final administrative phase.
Completed	The number of workflow requests which have been completed.
Start Date	The date this projected was started.
End Date	The date this project was or is due to be completed.
Consumer Name	The name of the consumer company associated with this project.
