Deleting an Account
Workflow Manager 2013 R2 / AdminStudio Enterprise Server 2013
If an account is not referenced by any workflow requests or templates in Workflow Manager, you can remove it from the system.
To delete an account:

1.

In the Environment Settings group of the navigation bar, click Accounts & Groups. The Account Administration page opens. |

2.

Locate the account that you want to work with. |
|
3.
|
Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen account. The Account Details page opens. |

4.
|
Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion. |
Tip: The Delete button will not be visible if the account is referenced by a workflow request or template in Workflow Manager.

5.
|
Click OK. The Account Details page closes and the account you deleted is no longer listed on the Account Administration page. |
