Workflow Manager 2013 R2
To delete a workflow phase, workflow step, data group or data item, expand the Data and Workflow Phase tree until you see the component you want to remove, then click on its name. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the component Details view which appears, and agree to the confirmation message.
Tip: If you delete a data group, all of the data items associated with it will also be removed. Similarly, if you delete a workflow phase, all associated workflow steps will go, as well.
