Unlinking an Existing Policy Document

If a policy document is no longer relevant to a project, you may wish to unlink it. Note that unlinking the document does not remove it from the Workflow Manager file server where it is located.

To unlink an existing policy document:

1. Click the Add/Edit Policy Documents hyperlink on the Project Details page. The Policy Documents for projectName page appears.
2. Locate the document that you want to update. For details about sorting or filtering the policy document list, see Using List Features.
3. Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen document. The Policy Document Details page opens.
4. Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
5. Click OK. The Policy Document Details page closes, and your document is no longer listed in the Policy Documents for projectName list.
