Deleting a Template
Workflow Manager 2014
If a template is no longer useful for your organization, you may choose to remove it. Be careful doing this, however, as deleting a template will also remove any projects associated with the template, and any workflows created using that template.
To remove a template:
1.
In the navigation bar, open the Administration group and click Templates in the Workflow Settings subgroup. The Template Administration page opens. |
2.
Locate the template that you want to remove. For details about sorting or filtering the template list, see Using List Features. |
3.
Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen template. The Template Details page opens. |
4.
Click the hyperlinked name of the template to display the Template Properties view, if it is not already visible, then click the Delete button at the bottom of the area. |
5.
Agree to the confirmation message. Your template is removed and you are taken back to the Template Administration page, where the template no longer appears in the list. |
