Deleting a Template

If a template is no longer useful for your organization, you may choose to remove it. Be careful doing this, however, as deleting a template will also remove any projects associated with the template, and any workflows created using that template.

To remove a template:

1. In the navigation bar, open the Administration group and click Templates in the Workflow Settings subgroup. The Template Administration page opens.
2. Locate the template that you want to remove. For details about sorting or filtering the template list, see Using List Features.
3. Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen template. The Template Details page opens.
4. Click the hyperlinked name of the template to display the Template Properties view, if it is not already visible, then click the Delete button at the bottom of the area.
5. Agree to the confirmation message. Your template is removed and you are taken back to the Template Administration page, where the template no longer appears in the list.
