Workflow Manager 2014

A policy document is a file associated with a project which is centrally available to all people involved. Examples of relevant policy documents include contracts, company procedures for completing tasks related to a workflow, and the like.

You can manage the policy documents associated with your project by opening the Policy Documents for projectName page. You can access this page by opening the Project Details page for your project, then clicking the Add/Edit Policy Documents hyperlink.

You can use the Policy Documents page to:

View/update a policy document—Drill through to a page showing the details of a single policy document, where you may update (see Updating the Details of a Policy Document) or unlink (see Unlinking an Existing Policy Document) that document.
Add a policy document—Associate a new policy document with your project by clicking Add. See Associating a New Policy Document With a Project for more information.
