Copying an Existing Workflow Request (Consumer)

To copy the details of an existing workflow request, do the following if you are a workflow consumer. Note that only data submitted in the initial data step are copied to the new workflow. Any data submitted in later steps will need to be re-entered.
To copy an existing workflow request:

Locate the workflow that you want to copy. For details about sorting or filtering the workflow list, see Using List Features. |

Click the Copy a Workflow Request link in the accordion menu. The Copy a Workflow Request page opens. |

In the Workflow Name field, enter a name to uniquely identify this new workflow request. |

Click Copy. The Workflow Progress page for the new workflow request opens and you are prompted to submit initial data. Any data already entered or selections made in the previous workflow are pre-populated for you in this new workflow. |

Review the existing data and make any required updates, then click Submit to submit this workflow request. The Home page appears, with your request listed in the My Workflow Requests panel. |
