Workflow SLA Status Report

A Workflow SLA Status Report lists all Workflow requests for which SLA tracking is being performed with their SLA Status. SLA (Service Level Agreement) time tracking is used to determine the status of workflow request in relationship to its SLA Due Date and Risk Date as either: On Time, At Risk, Late. This report will also give details about the total time spent on the workflow (Time elapsed), total hold time, and the number of rollbacks performed on the workflow.
