Workflow Manager 5.6 / AdminStudio Enterprise Server 11.0
If a role is no longer relevant to your organization, you can choose to delete it. You cannot remove any of the default system roles.
To delete an existing role:
1. | On the Administration tab, select the Roles sub-tab. The Role Administration page opens. |
2. | Locate the role that you want to work with. |
Note: For details about sorting or filtering the roles list, see Using List Features.
3. | Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen role. The Role Details page opens. |
4. | Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion. |
Tip: The Delete button will be disabled if you are viewing a system role.
5. | Click OK. The Role Details page closes and the role you deleted is no longer listed on the Role Administration page. |
