Logging in as a Guest

Workflow Manager 5.6 / AdminStudio Enterprise Server 11.0

Before anyone can log on to Workflow Manager / AdminStudio Enterprise Server anonymously, a guest account needs to be configured, as described in Setting Up a Guest Account. Then a user could log on to your Workflow Manager / AdminStudio Enterprise Server site as a guest using the appropriate method:

Single-sign on authentication configured—If your installation of Workflow Manager has single-sign on authentication configured, any person whose account does not exist in the Workflow Manager database will be automatically logged in using the guest account
Single-sign on authentication not configured—If single-sign on authentication is not configured, the Workflow Manager login page will open by default, and any person may select the Guest Access option to login anonymously.

Tip: The Guest Access option will not be available on the login page unless the GuestAccount key is present in the web.config file, with a non-empty value (that is, the key does not have value = “”). See Setting Up a Guest Account for more information.
