When you update a previously submitted data group, the Edit Data dialog box opens.
The Edit Data dialog box include the following properties:

Additional E-Mail Recipients |
Optionally add a list of email addresses (separated by commas) to send a notification email to people other than those specified in the automatic email notification lists. |

Additional E-Mail Comments |
If you want to add an extra comment to the body of the email sent to the Additional E-Mail Recipients, enter the text in this field. |
