Rollback Workflow Item Dialog Box

Workflow Manager 6.0

The Rollback Workflow Item dialog box opens when you do one of the following:

•

Click the hyperlinked name of the workflow step you want to roll back to and then click the Rollback button.

•

Click the check box next to the name of the workflow step you want to roll back to.

The Rollback Workflow Item dialog box include the following properties:

Property	Description
Enter the reason for rolling back the progress of this Workflow	Enter the reason that you performed the rollback.
Additional E-Mail Recipients	Optionally add a list of email addresses (separated by commas) to send a notification email to people other than those specified in the automatic email notification lists.
Additional E-Mail Comments	If you want to add an extra comment to the body of the email sent to the Additional E-Mail Recipients, enter the text in this field.
