Viewing or Changing an Existing Role
Workflow Manager 6.0 / AdminStudio Enterprise Server 11.5
You may view the details of any role listed on the Role Administration page, but cannot update any of the default system roles.
To view or update an existing role:

1.

On the Administration tab, select the Roles sub-tab. The Role Administration page opens. |

2.

Locate the role that you want to work with. |
|
3.
|
Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen role. The Role Details page for that role opens. |

5.
|
Do one of the following: |

Click Update to save your changes and return to the Role Administration page. |
Tip: The Update button will be disabled if you are viewing a system role.

|
Click Cancel to close the Role Details page without applying changes. |
