Adding a New Deployment Site

To add a new deployment site, perform the following steps.

To add a new deployment site:

1. On the workflow administrator Home page, click the Deployment Sites link in the Administration menu. The Deployment Site Administration page opens.
2. Click Add. The Deployment Site Details View opens.
3. In the Deployment Site Name field, enter a name for the new deployment site, such as a location name (New York, London, Chicago, etc.) or a department name (Marketing, Finance, Development, etc.).
4. From the Company Name list, select the name of the company that you are creating this deployment site for.
5. From the Ready to Deploy list, specify whether this deployment site is ready to receive deployed applications by selecting Yes or No.
6. From the Status list, select Active or Inactive. If you select Active, this deployment site will be listed as a choice in the Available Sites section of a request that has an associated deployment template. If you select Inactive, this deployment site will not be offered as a choice on a request.
7. Click Update. The new deployment site will now be listed on the Deployment Site Administration page under its associated company.
