Workflow Manager 6.5
Workflow Manager performs many operations, such as sending emails and uploading/downloading files, by impersonating the account specified on the System Settings page.
When Workflow Manager was installed, a default impersonating account was selected or created during the installation process. If you would like to change this system account, do the following:
To set the system account:
1. | On the Administration tab, select the System Settings sub-tab. The System Settings page opens. |
2. | Update the following information: |
Option |
Description |
User Name |
Enter the name of an existing account in your domain. |
User Password |
Enter the password for your account. Note: Workflow Manager encrypts all passwords. |
User Domain |
Enter the domain of your account. |
Note: To avoid having to periodically update the account password, you may want to choose an account on your domain whose password does not expire.
