Deleting an Existing Company

Workflow Manager 6.5

You can remove any company in your organization, except for the default Workflow Administrator company. Be aware that removing a company also removes any workflows, accounts and projects associated with that company.

To delete a company:

1. Click the Companies hyperlink in the Administration menu of the administrator Home page. The Company/Business Unit Administration page appears.
2. Locate the company that you want to work with. For details about sorting or filtering the company list, see Using List Features.
3. Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen company. The Company/Business Unit Details page opens.
4. Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

Tip: The Delete button will not be present if you are viewing the default Workflow Administrator company.

5. Click OK. The Company/Business Unit Details page closes and the company you deleted is no longer listed on the Company/Business Unit Administration page.
