Flagging a Project as Inactive
Workflow Manager 6.5
Once a project is completed, you may want to mark it as Inactive so that workflow requests can no longer be associated with it.
To mark a project as inactive:

1.

Click the Projects hyperlink in the Administration menu of the administrator Home page. The Project Administration page appears. |

Locate the project that you want to work with. For details about sorting or filtering the project list, see Using List Features. |

3.

Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen project. The Project Details page opens. |

4.

Expand the Project Information area if required, and change the Status field to Inactive. A dialog will appear warning you that all workflow requests associated with your project will also have their status set to Inactive. Click OK to acknowledge the message. |

5.

Click Update. Your modification is saved, and the Project Details page closes. If your Project Administration page is set to show only active projects, your project will disappear from that list. If you are showing all projects, the Status column of your project will automatically change to Inactive in the Project Administration list. |
