FlexNet Manager Suite 2019 R2 (On-Premises Edition)   
        
            The following prerequisites must be met in order to export FlexNet Manager Suite
                data to  Unified Spend Analytics:
            
                - An OAuth token must be obtained from Flexera to
                    allow exporting of data from FlexNet Manager Suite to Unified Spend Analytics. 
Note: The process of obtaining an OAuth token is
                            evolving. Initially, contact Support for the token. For the latest
                            information about this process, refer to the Configuring FlexNet Manager Suite to export spend data to Unified Spend Analytics article, located in the Flexera Community
                        
                     
 
                - An updated license file must be obtained from Flexera Support and installed in FlexNet Manager Suite.
Note: The process of obtaining a license file is evolving. Initially,
                        contact 
Flexera Support for the license file.
                        For the latest information about this process, refer to the

                        article, located in the 
Flexera Community.
 
 
                - A FlexNet Manager Suite administrator must configure settings on the
                            Unified Spend Analytics section on the
                        Integrations tab (in the System Settings page). 
 
            
        
        To export spend data to Unified Spend Analytics:
- 
                In FlexNet Manager Suite, navigate to the system menu (
 in the top right corner) > , and expand the Unified Spend Analytics
                    section.

                Paste the OAuth token into the Token field. Refer to the
                    prerequisites listed above for more information. 
                
The Export to Unified Spend Analytics check box
                    is enabled upon entering a token.

                Select the Export to Unified Spend Analytics check box.
            
 
- 
                Click Save to save the Unified Spend Analytics system settings.
                
                    After saving your settings, data is automatically exported to Unified Spend Analytics once a day. If the connection fails or the incorrect
                        information is provided, this will be reported in the Last
                            completed export section on this page. 
                    This schedule can be modified using the Windows Task
                        Scheduler. See Using the Task Scheduler.
                    You may also choose to manually export your data immediately, as shown in the
                        following step.

                To manually export your data from FlexNet Manager Suite:
                
                    - 
                        Click the Export button to create a data export
                            job. 
                        
                            Tip: This button is enabled only after entering an OAuth
                                token in the Token field, selecting the
                                    Export to Unified Spend Analytics check box, and then
                                clicking Save.
                         
                        
                            FlexNet Manager Suite displays the status message
                                Unified Spend Analytics export is waiting to be
                                executed in the Status field
                            in the Last completed export section. This begins
                            the process of testing the connection to Unified Spend Analytics and
                            submitting an export job.  
                     
                    - 
                        Refresh the browser intermittently to update the status message. 
                        
The 
Status field in the 
Last
                                completed export section displays:
                                - Success for a successful
                                    connection
 
                                - Connection failure if the
                                    connection is unsuccessful.
