System Settings: Integrations Tab

The Integrations tab on the System Settings page enables you to integrate FlexNet Manager Suite with these products:

ServiceNow
Flexera SaaS Manager
Unified Spend Analytics.

ServiceNow

You can import data from ServiceNow to FlexNet Manager Suite, and also export data from FlexNet Manager Suite to ServiceNow.

Note: Your FlexNet Manager Suite license must have the ServiceNow Integration option enabled to use these settings. To check, navigate to the system menu (

in the top right corner) > FlexNet Manager Suite License and ensure that the ServiceNow Integration enabled setting displays Yes.

Flexera SaaS Manager

By default, the SaaS Manager button is not shown in the modal navigation bar. When displayed, this button opens SaaS Manager in a new browser tab.

To show the SaaS Manager button in the modal navigation bar, expand the SaaS Manager section of this tab, and select the Show link to SaaS Manager check box.

Unified Spend Analytics

FlexNet Manager Suite supports exporting spend data (all purchase orders linked to software licenses and all purchase orders linked to hardware assets) to Flexera's Unified Spend Analytics. Unified Spend Analytics is a common dashboard available to Flexera customers. At a glance, the Unified Spend Analytics dashboard shows how much your organization is spending on Information Technology components, from which you can easily identify where spending is greatest, and with which vendors. You can also monitor the changing composition of that spend over time. For more information about Unified Spend Analytics, contact Flexera.
