Creating a Recommendation History Report
To create a Recommendation History report:
- 
                Do one of the following:
                - In the Main menu of the SAP Admin module, open the Reporting menu and click Recommendations History.
- In the SAP Admin module, run a Process License Recommendations report by following the steps described in Creating a Process License Recommendations Report. In the Process License Recommendations report, click History.
 
- 
                Specify your selection criteria. If you leave a field blank, all values are
                    automatically selected for the report.
                
Option Description System ID Enter the system ID or range of system IDs that should be contained in the report. If you select a user in the Process License Recommendations report and click History, this field is already populated. Client Enter the client ID or range of client IDs that should be contained in the report. If you select a user in the Process License Recommendations report and click History, this field is already populated. User Name Enter the user ID or range of user IDs that should be contained in the report. If you select a user in the Process License Recommendations report and click History, this field is already populated. Original License Type Enter the original license type or a range of license types that should be contained in the report. Recommended License Type Enter the recommended license type or a range of recommended license types that should be contained in the report. Recommendation Status Enter the status of the recommendations that should be contained in the report. Possible values: - P—Pending
- A—Accepted
- R—Rejected
- O—Overwritten
- I—Ignored
- U—Unprocessed

- Click Execute.
