User Data Validation Report

Accurate maintenance of the user primary data is crucial for being able to use the data for consolidation. The User Data Validation in the SAP Admin module report helps to optimize the quality of the user primary data.

When you run a User Data Validation report, the user primary data are verified according to the criteria that have been selected under Customizing on the User Data tab. The report provides a list of users whose user data has not been consistently maintained. For example, you could set up rules to find users without email addresses or with no Valid To date in their user accounts. Under User Exits User Data Check (available in the Administration menu), you can specify your own criteria for the user data verification—for example, for the verification of the email address. For more information, see User Exits: Data Check.

You can create variants in order to simplify and standardize repeated analyses.
