Create Integration User Account

An Integration user account is required to be created in ServiceNow. It will need to be created with proper privileges for the OAuth token generation.

The ServiceNow Integration User allows you to create the connections with Flexera One. This user needs to use the ServiceNow Table APIs and to be able to read data in the CMDB model, software relation, and company tables.

Once the user record has been created, the following roles will need to be applied to it:

x_fls_flexeraone.admin

•

sam_user

•

oauth_user

This account should also have the Web Service Access Only attribute set to true.

Note:Integration accounts do NOT count against ServiceNow user license count.
