Setting Import Properties

After installation, all Import properties are unchecked (off) by default. Each Import properties must be checked to continue with the configuration of the Flexera One ServiceNow app. These properties must be checked prior to running a job.

Changing Import Property Settings

To change an Import property setting

1.

Go to Filter navigator and search for Flexera One.

2.

Navigate to Flexera One > Import Properties.

3.

Click Import Properties, and make your property setting changes.

4.

Click Save.

Import Properties

Property	Description
Adding Companies	Checked: Allow inserting of new company records. Unchecked: Prevent inserting new company records.
Updating Companies	Checked: Allow updates to existing company's records. Unchecked: Prevent updates to existing company's records.
Insert Hardware CIs and Models	Checked: Allow inserting of new computer and hardware models records. Unchecked: Prevent inserting new computer and hardware models records.
Update Hardware CIs and Models	Checked: Allow updates to existing computer and hardware models records. Unchecked: Prevent updates to existing computer and hardware models records.
Insert Software Installation Records and Models	Checked: Allow inserting of new software installations and software models records. Unchecked: Prevent inserting new software installations and software models records.
Update Software Installation Records and Models	Checked: Allow updates to existing software installations and software models records. Unchecked: Prevent updates to existing software installations and software models records.
Insert Network Adapter and IP Address Records	Checked: Allow inserting of new network adapter and IP Address records. Unchecked: Prevent inserting new network adapter and IP Address records.
Update Network Adapter and IP Address Records	Checked: Allow updates to existing network adapter and IP Address records. Unchecked: Prevent updates to existing network adapter and IP Address records.
