About the Snapshot Job

Snapshot Run is designed to conduct the initial data pull from all supported Flexera One datasets.

Once you start the Snapshot run, a Job record is created in the Job Tracker table. The Job record indicates a connection, based on connection setup details, has been established, and the system starts fetching records from Flexera One and loads them in ServiceNow Import tables.

Only one Snapshot job can be run at any given time. If you start a new Snapshot job before the current job has completed, the new job cancels the current job.
